Event Details

Help us welcome published author Amy K. Nichols back to the Foothills Branch Library! Do you ever wonder where science fiction authors get their ideas? Or how much science in science fiction novels is fact? Are you interested in researching and writing your own science fiction stories? In this workshop we’ll discuss researching and writing sci-fi stories, and ways authors narrow the gap between science and fiction.

Open to teens ages 12-18.

All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and or City staff for future print and/or online publication.

This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
