Simple Steps 2: Your Own Business Concept (3:00pm to 4:30pm)

Elementary ways to determine the potential market size for a new business, including competitive considerations.

Hosted by Michael D. Riley, a Certified SCORE Mentor. Based on his earlier successes as a senior officer and strategic planner for major clients of major ad agencies, Mr. Riley served on the Boards of Directors of seven for-profit and non-profit corporations. He has been a founder and officer of nine startup corporations which have generated $100M+ in revenues, and were funded by $15M of investor capital. These businesses have ranged from consumer electronics to microbrew beers, telecommunications infrastructure contracting, and an ad agency to a business-to-government consultancy.
