Startup School is a 6-part series to help entrepreneurs learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. At the end of this series, Entrepreneurs will be able to: express their ideas with an excellently crafted elevator pitch; have completed the Business Model Canvas; Built or Identified an MVP and will understand the Cost and Revenue needed to be successful. Finally, we will translate all of this into a Business Plan to execute against.
By the end of Session 2, you will be able to:
Understand the Business Model Canvas.
Define the value proposition in your business model.
Share who your customer is and what’s important to them.
Understand the basics of brainstorming.
Learn to get out of the building to observe, share ideas, and iterate.
