When a loved one is diagnosed with dementia, the gradual decline can be disheartening. Learning the ins and outs of this disease can be beneficial for all parties involved during the process. Learn about the causes and types of dementia, how the disease progresses, and how it affects the memory, as well as therapeutic interventions and resource options.  Presented by Eileen Tokarz, M.S., CCC-SLP of Midwestern University.
