Event Details

Yoga poses, breathing, meditation, and ideology can improve your health and well-being. Come practice increasing flexibility, strength, and balance in a gentle way. Learn simple breathing and meditation practices you can use every day.  Presented by Kula Yoga.  Please bring a yoga mat. towel or blanket.  

All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
