Yoga poses, breathing, meditation, and ideology can improve your health and well-being.  Discover how to increase flexibility, get a cardiovascular workout, or manage stress with yoga. And learn some simple practices and poses you can use every day.  Presented by Chantal Steggs of Kula Yoga.
