Learn about self-compassion, its components, and how it can improve your life. This experiential presentation will include guided meditations on kindness/compassion and self-compassion. Presented by Certified Mindfulness Teacher and longtime mindfulness practitioner Lisa Ballard, R. N. Registration is requested.  

All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
