Branding in the Digital Age: for Personal Brands and Small Businesses

Presented by Carol Ingley

With more than 600 million websites and billions of social media users worldwide, standing out in the digital age is critical. Powerful branding gives personal brands and small companies an edge. This seminar addresses the following: What is branding in the digital age? What kind of strategies do I need to create a stand-out brand? Can I create the brand by myself? What kind of free tools are available for me to use online? Is social media part of branding? If so, how? What are the components of a powerful brand? How long does it take to create a powerful brand?

Carol Ingley heads up reBrand! for businesses, a division of Media Mogul Enterprises.  As a futurist and high-tech expert with finance and marketing skills, Ms. Ingley has worked at large companies as well as with clients with many marketing successes. Sample success stories include turning around a company from being in the red to profitability in 18 months via a marketing campaign as well as helping create a new service at a Fortune 500 company that went from ground zero to $500 million in revenues within 12 months.

Glendale Public Library has received funding as participants in a ASU Entrepreneurship + Innovation initiative to increase inclusion in entrepreneurship. ASU E+I recently won the Kauffman Inclusion Challenge for this initiative.
