Event Details

We're excited to welcome some, feathery, scaly and furry ambassadors ( and their human companion!) from Wildlife World Zoo to talk about the amazing ways they can adapt to a variety of circumstances, ranging from keeping cool in 100 degree heat to managing life in a pitch black cave. This program explains the different specialized body parts that animals have to help them survive in the environments that they naturally live in.

This program is presented as part of the Discovery and Exploration backpack project.

This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
