This virtual "watch party" will feature a prerecorded concert, with the performers on hand via Zoom to introduce and discuss their pieces, as well as answer your questions. Celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the Harlem Renaissance with Driftwood Quintet as they present a vivid musical portrait of this influential part of America’s artistic history. The music featured in this virtual performance will paint a picture of the rich lives and artistic output of many famous figures of the Harlem Renaissance such as Duke Ellington, Josephine Baker, Langston Hughes and many others.
