Let’s explore one of earth’s most important resources: water! Children and families are invited to learn about why water is a precious commodity here in the Sonoran Desert. Glendale Water Services and Library staff will help participants become scientists and explore interactive water conservation-related stations. Learn where your water comes from in the environment and how important it is to keep our waterways clean. See how desert plants save water, and how you can save water, too. Participants will also have the opportunity to win an eco-friendly prize!
