Get creative and show off your painting skills at the Velma Teague Library!  In this program, each child will learn about using negative space to create a work of art.  After learning this new technique, participants will be set loose on their canvas to create a spooky spiderweb of their own, just in time for Halloween! Younger children may need help from an adult. Space is limited, registration required.
