Discover how to turn your kitchen scraps and yard waste into compost – a rich soil amendment. Help Mother Nature with her original recycle system. Learn about the tasks that go into producing and incorporating compost into your garden. Compost makes for a happy garden, which makes for a happy gardener.


This free program is sponsored by the Glendale Water Services Department’s Conservation and Sustainable Living Division. You do not have to be a Glendale resident to participate. In order to follow social distancing guidelines and safety precautions, we are offering the Green Living Series virtually via Zoom. In order to participate you must register for this event and include an email address with your registration, so that Water Conservation staff can contact you with the Zoom login information.
